PROFILE

I started my freelance career back in Slovakia in 2001 - my first introduction to the industry was logo and stationery design for a yacht club.
During my university studies (BA Industrial Design / MA Visual Communication and Multimedia) I worked mostly in corporate design, print media, interactive presentations and web design.
I also dipped into 3D modeling and animation in a large-scale multimedia project for a folding bicycles producer, and took part in company's business presentations in New York and Las Vegas during Interbike International Bicycle Expo.
Shortly after graduating from University I spent two years in Australia striving to evolve my language and designing skills. The mixture of different cultures was the right fuel for my creativity. I lived in Melbourne and Sydney, where I gained work experience in english-speaking environment as a Web Designer.
In summer 2007 I moved to London, UK where I am working as a freelance designer, continuing in the field of digital media. I am passionate about web, trying to satisfy my visual needs without compromising web standards and accessibility. I am designing with regards to company's visual style, the message they are trying to communicate, usability, SEO, accessibility and many other aspects.
